Eat. Dream. Sushi - To see the end of Karen Carrier's imagination would require a special sort of telescope. Or perhaps a kaleidoscope. Carrier opened Do Sushi ( prounounced "dough") in 2003 next door to The Beauty Shop restaurant. The culinary theme is Japanese, though as one expects from Carrier the theme is a starting point for variations. The fare at Do is characterized by scintillating cleanness and intense flavors. In 2009 Carrier opened within Do Sushi - Noodle, Doodle, Do- Two restaurants in one offering dishes such as Shrimp Wonton Soup with BBQ Pork, Kobe Beef Curry Noodle Soup in a Spicy Curry Coconut Broth or "Bobo's Jewish Chicken Noodle Soup" made with Lokshen. Do Sushi - Noodle, Doodle,Do was listed as one of the Hot 10 Best New Asian Noodle Bars in America by Bon Appetit Magazine in 2009.
