How to Use Tattoo Transfer Paper :
* Run the line drawings through a thermo graphic transfer maker or a thermal-fax to get an exact duplicate of the drawing. Sometimes people call these carbon copies
* Show the drawing to your client to make sure it's what they want. Confirm any changes they want to make to the drawing
* Dampen the skin where you want to place the tattoo with either soap or water or stick deodorant *Place the thermo graphic transfer paper onto the dampened skin and press gently. Do not allow the paper to shift or the drawing won't transfer properly. If it does shift, you'll have to remove the ink and start over
* Peel the paper off the skin, gently. If done correctly, the line drawing is now on the skin in a bluish-purplish ink that will eventually wash off
* Check with your client again to make sure the drawing is in the correct location and is the correct size Start tattooing, following the line drawing
How to Make a Tattoo Stencil Transfer:
Hand-drawn Tattoo Stencil
* Take a piece of thermal stencil transfer paper, also called stencil paper, and remove the tissue sheet that is inside---leaving a top white sheet, a carbon sheet and a bottom sheet
* Place your stencil paper on a flat, smooth drawing surface and use a ballpoint pen to draw out your design. Make sure to press down hard to transfer the carbon design to the paper
* Tear the carbon and the bottom sheet off, leaving the top sheet. The back of the top sheet will also have a carbon copy of your tattoo design
* Apply water or roll-on deodorant to your skin where you want your tattoo and press the tattoo stencil paper, carbon side down, against your skin. This will help release the carbon design to your skin. You can now apply a henna or ink tattoo right over your design Printed Tattoo Stencil
* Choose a favorite clip art design or use a graphic design program to create your own line drawing
* Print the line drawing for your tattoo on a piece of thermal stencil transfer paper using a thermal fax copier machine. A thermal fax copier machine uses heat to transfer the carbon design to the paper
