All sales remain on your website. Customers simply log in through their Facebook accounts, find your store in our Shopping Network, and then click on the URL to your website. ShopClub uses a cookie system to track the users who got to your site by first logging in through ShopClub.
Q: Do users always need to log in to ShopClub first before shopping at our company website site?
New users need to first log in through Facebook on Shopclub.com Once they have done so, they can go directly to your website in the future, and our cookies system will know when they purchase through your site.
Q: Can our company post deals on the ShopClub site?
Yes, you can post deals on the ShopClub site by using your Admin Panel.
Q: How will we pay ShopClub?
ShopClub will send your company a detailed invoice which shows exactly who, what, and how much was purchased at your online store through customers of the ShopClub network.
