Side note: I once read that during moderately intense exercise, like walking, the majority of calories you burn come from fat. Of course, you burn more overall calories with high-intensity exercise, but I do like the idea that walking takes it right off the top. So take the Saucony Walk Test and, if you’re like me, maybe there is a little something to lose. Let’s take a walk!
