Superfood Trail Mix
This trail mix contains all the flavor elements to wow your taste buds: sweet goji berries, tangy golden berries, creamy cashews, and perhaps most importantly, chocolate!! Loaded with antioxidants, protein, vitamins and minerals, this mix is a healthy and delicious treat for party guests, or an easy to-go snack. One cautionary note: It’s hard to stop reaching for more (it’s pretty popular at the Sunfood HQ!)
1/2 cup cacao nibs
Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Mix together. Enjoy!
Raw Superfood Stuffing
Thanksgiving is right around the corner – why not surprise your guests with a healthy, raw superfood side dish? This raw stuffing is loaded with protein, minerals, antioxidants and LOVE! The fresh herbs in the recipe make all the difference for an incredibly robust flavor.
Serves 4
1 cup cremini or white mushrooms, chopped
¾ cup celery, finely chopped
½ cup onion, finely chopped
2-3 cloves garlic, finely chopped
1 cup pecans, coarsely chopped
¼ cup raisins
¼ cup goji berries
1 apple, finely chopped
1 tsp maca
2 tsp fresh thyme, chopped
2 tsp fresh sage, chopped
2 tsp fresh rosemary, chopped
3 Tbsps fresh chopped parsley
3 tbsps olive oil
2 Tbsp Nama Shoyu or Bragg Aminos (optional)
Kalahari salt, to taste
Black pepper, to taste
Add all ingredients into a large bowl, mix together gently, and enjoy!
Raw Goji Golden Cranberry Sauce
Serves 4-6
Have you ever tried a raw cranberry sauce? Add goji berries and golden berries for a superfood boost! Packed with vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants, this is a simple, healthy addition to any holiday feast. Our raw vanilla powder adds a delicate note to this exquisite treat.
1 cups fresh cranberries
1 orange, peeled, sliced, seeds removed
1/3 cup golden berries, soaked overnight
½ cup goji berries, soaked one hour
5-6 dates, soaked one hour, pitted and chopped
2 tsp vanilla powder
water for consistency, if needed
Soak golden berries overnight, and goji berries & dates for one hour. Strain water. Blend orange and dates in a food processor. Add cranberries, goji berries, and golden berries and pulse gently until coarsely chopped. Serve and enjoy!

Chocolate Covered Goji Cashew Clusters
This recipe is perfect for when you are craving something sweet and chocolaty. Raw cacao is rich in magnesium, iron, and antioxidants. Goji berries are a complete source of protein and one of the most nutritionally-rich foods on the planet. A creamy and delicious energy source, cashews contain protein and healthy fats. These are a perfect after-school snack for kids!
Ingredients:
1 Cup cacao butter
1 Cup Excalibur Dehydrator.
Combine with honey, vanilla powder and salt in high speed blender. Blend thoroughly and pour mixture into a bowl. Fill bowl with goji berries, cashews, and cacao nibs and mix thoroughly. Sprinkle bee pollen on top. Set on wax paper for easy removal and place into the freezer for approximately 10 minutes to set. Out of this world!!

Are you getting bored of the same ‘ol salads? Simply tossing in dried Botija olives adds a burst of flavor and texture–the makeover your salad may be needing! As a healthy fat source, olives also contain vitamin E, calcium, & iron. The best part: they’re delicious! Feel free to experiment with other ingredients, too. Listed below are some to try. Salads will never be boring again!
Ingredients:
Green leafy vegetables of choice (spring mix, kale, Swiss chard, and/or fresh spinach)
Tomatoes, chopped
Sprouts (alfalfa, clover, broccoli, or sunflower)
Carrots, shredded
Beets, shredded
Zucchini, shredded
Fresh herbs (cilantro or parsely)
Hemp seeds
Dried Botija Olives
Cashews
Golden Berries
Toss with your favorite dressing and enjoy!
Sun Dried Tomato Mesquite Dressing
yacon syrup (to taste)
Soak the sun-dried tomatoes for one hour in advance. Blend the tomatoes, the flavored soak water, and all remaining ingredients in a high speed blender. Add additional water to reach desired consistency. Enjoy!

If you like chocolate, this smoothie will blow your mind! Loaded with cacao powder and nibs, it has a slight crunch and a super-chocolaty taste. The pinch of salt compliments the cacao and increases the mineral richness of this energizing morning drink. Yum!
2 cups of almond milk (unsweetened)
½ cup cacao powder
¼ cup cacao nibs
¼ cup goji berries
2 tbsp agave nectar (or to taste)
Pinch Kalahari Desert Salt
Blend all ingredients together until smooth. Serves 2.

Golden Goji Chutney
This recipe is perfect for any holiday occasion or when you are craving a condiment that is sweet, fragrant and a little spicy. Golden berries contain a large amount of both protein and vitamin C. Combined together with the flavorful sweetness of antioxidant-rich goji berries, they create an unstoppable force! Delicious!
1 cup Bee pollen
Soak the goji and golden berries for 2-3 hours. Drain well and place in food processor with ginger and garlic. Process until well incorporated. Add jalepeno, red onion, cilantro, oil and gently pulse in processor. Salt to taste and adjust flavors. Sprinkle bee pollen on top and serve as condiment alongside nori rolls, raw crackers or crudites. Enjoy!
